Building a Future that Matters
About Carely
Vision
To build a world where every teen and young adult with disabilities can thrive independently with dignity, confidence, and the right support.
Mission
Carely partners with families to provide tailored support through expert teams, therapies, and resources, enabling young individuals with disabilities to lead independent and fulfilling lives.
Sukanya founded Carely to address the gaps she witnessed in support systems for teens and young adults with disabilities. Drawing from her experiences as a special educator and disability advocate, Sukanya recognized the struggles families face in finding tailored care and guidance for their children.
Carely was born from her desire to provide these families with hope and solutions, ensuring that young individuals with disabilities can build independence, confidence, and fulfilling lives. By combining her personal journey and professional expertise, Sukanya is committed to creating a world where no family feels unsupported or alone in their journey.

![Meltdowns don’t come out of nowhere. Before the tears, shouting, or shutdown, there’s usually:
Unspoken sensory overload
Misread social cues
Masking fatigue
Constant self-monitoring
This hidden strain builds over hours, days, sometimes weeks. And when it finally spills over, it’s not about a single trigger; it’s their system crashing.
But with the right support and therapy, you can help them learn how to cope with it, DM us today to get started on this journey. #disabilityawareness #meltdownsarenottantrums #sensoryoverload #emotionalregulation
